Is it true Program Managers for Fresenius get a bonus at the end of the year? How do they earn it? Do they get it by saving money on cutting travel payments (eg, paying out less in travel this year than last)? Do they get it for not giving out much in raises this year, thus saving the company money? Do they get it for not spending much money on replacement parts or building supplies?

How about the Utracare bonuses? Do Program Managers get a cut of that pie like the Clinical Mangers? What do the Prgram Managers do to get this bonus?

Just wondering... My new Program Manager sure is working overtime to reduce pay/raises, reimbursements (expenses & travel), other costs, etc, etc. I suspect if he could he would reduce our hourly wage. He complains that we make more money than employees in his other two areas, which tells me he has been short-changing his people for a long, long time! Here is an example: He has assigned areas of responsibility in our area and we are not to cross paths with any of the other guys, so I am one guy covering everything for 4 clinics and one acute. This is an effort to reduce travel costs and I guess it does, but now being only one deep, I am sure busy doing everything (PMs, troubleshooting, disinfects, building maintenance, and so on..._).

Just trying to figure out if he is being 100 percent self-serving or if he may have a sliver of integrity in trying to save the company a few bucks.

No, technical program managers do not get a bonus. That is only for the clinical side.

No, no bonuses for Program Managers or TOM's. Just the clinical side and the business people. The push on reducing raises, mileage, and other costs is from above and is not your Program Manager's choice. Sorry.

Oh don't forget the Truck Drivers, they get bonuses too!! figure that one out. Are they saving the company any money?? They can work all the overtime they want and still get bonuses.
