Thank you in advance. Have a phoenix with 5K hours, the machine will not power-up, when attempted, the slave and blood pump board LED's flash once (screen is blank)then a steady chime. Tried replacing the power supply, checked power supply voltages at mother board (J-37, all present), un-plugged Heater rod and valves and slave boards and checked each for power-up problem, but did not find bad component.

Thanks again, turns out that a 5 volt error will cause this issue. The venous dialysate male Connection had failed, go figure.

Isn't that something, one failed component shuts down the works. Hopefully, the new sofware addresses these issues.

The J-37 Connector and low 5 volts can be a real problem (one of a hundred) on this machine. A good rule is to check for 5 volts with card cage or right side panel in the closed position, as well in the open position. You may find your voltages fine with the door open, but when you close all the panels there may be a drop due to the J-37 connector moving at the mother board. It's also a good idea to have Stabilant-22 on hand for all the electronic connections on this machine. This is by far the touchiest machine I have worked on. The up side is it's job security.
