Has anybody had trouble recently with the EPO indicators turning a wierd swirly color? The epo indicators was checked when they came in and they were clear. The boxes were put in a fridge that does not have a freezer, and it turns itself off if it gets below 38 degrees F. The temp gets checked twice a day and the log refects good temperatures. The indicators aren't dark red but more like strawberry swirl ice cream.

In the past 6 mo or so I've gotten 2 different orders that came in with bad indicators. Both times were a hassle to get reimb by Amgen. The distributor tells you to contact Amgen and they say can only do it thru distributor. Finally resolved through salesperson.
