Has anyone recieved this message on a 2008k blood pump module and how did you repair it?

E.23- Pump rotor turning when it should not be (second revolution)

Check or replace in following order:
1-Rotor hall sensor
2-LP955
3-LP956

Is that error code showing up all the time? That code is what the staff gets when they turn the rotor by hand and don't use the button on the module to do it. It will show up and then can be cleared. If it is showing up constantly in the repair area, try a hall rotor sensor first, since it is the cheapest item to install. Make sure that you get the right part, a door sensor looks very similar, but they are not the same.

After further investigation, it was staff members turning the rotor by hand on two different occasions. Thanks.
