Enter service mode, go to Options, then Default Settings. Select a parameter and then press the down arrow. The machine will stop at the minimum time. Same is true for maximums. I don't know any other place to find this info.
I was aware of that. I was wondering though if there was a set minumum as far as writing goes like "you must bleach for this long" then "rinse for this long"
The FMC Operators Manual does not contain language like that. They purposefully leave the language open for facilities to interpret in their own way and develop their policies accordingly. For example, "The Heat Disinfect program disinfects the macine by running hot water (about 85 degrees C) through the machine. The water recirculates at a program-controlled flow of about 400 ml/min. The program time can be set internally to run between 10 and 60 minutes." The manufacturer only makes recommendations, not policies.
I would suggest reading through the sections in the manual and discussing appropriate times with your teammates, especially biomed, in order to come up with the correct procedures for your facility. If you find any problems after a month or two, you may need to increase some of those times to achieve the desired results.
