Does FMC still give a raise for passing technical validation tests?I know someone who passed but has not received any compensation.

As far as I know they still do. The person may want to remind his/her supervisor they may have forgot to put it in.

I remember passing all 3 validations A, B and Chief Tech and only after I passed the C i got a very small pump in pay. The problem is most (99.9%) of managers don't know about the raise, how the validations work and don't really care if the biomed gets a raise because he doesn't do much except walk around and cost the clinic extra money. The other problem is the took away the pay scale from the managers so when they pass the tests the Area Technical Managers need to get involved and tell HR that they need a bump in pay.

Yes, there is a pay increase for passing the technical validation test. It will vary on the amount. I have seen from 2% to 10%.

Thanks for the replies.I actually was refering to a guy who passed his part C and is getting jerked around about the raise(even from the TOM)from what ive been told in this area it used to be around $3 of a bump.
