Well usually training is done onsite by another employee but if that person is not an appropriate candidate, then you would contact the vendor of your reuse equipment(minntech, HDC, etc.) and maybe hire them to come to your unit and do the training. Other than that, you can also read the AAMI, CMS regulations to help build an all around knowledge base.

Minntech provides a training program to units called Renalog TM. The program includes tests that validate training.
