Have T machines with around 6000 hours and I am having "bpm cuff press high"
this has happened on two machines so far. the first is still out and I have done module, motherboard, fuction board, cable. next is eeprom. the other one just came back because not taking pressure and I replaced module and it ran through and checked cals and they where fine but then went into dialysis mode I got the "cuff press high". any thoughts besides.,......
try calibrate the cuff module
I would verify everything with the dummy chamber. If the tests still come out good, you may need a new module. All the air is out before it is started correct? And make sure no one got water in the lines, I know it sounds stupid but I had that happen, once I cleared the water the issue resolved.
Also something else to consider, look at your BP Cuff hose. Is it pinched anywhere from the module to the cuff? Make sure that there are no zipties securing the hose to the machine or anything like that. Look for the hose being pinched off anywhere between the module to the BP Cuff. Good Luck.
