I have a machine that has a constant 'Flow Error'. Not low flow error, not high flow error, not flow recirc error. Just plain old Flow Error. I checked debug screen 21 (I think that's it) and found V31 and V33 are open constantly. I checked the voltages at the distribution board and both were a constant 24V (give or take approx 0.5V). Actuator board was changed and its still doing it. I'm not quite sure what to make of it because I really haven't had a whole lot of problems like this. If anyone can help let me know. Oh yeah... all pressures were good.

check both deareation pump and flow pump pressure first. Then if these are ok then go onto trouble shooting the valves. Most likely its the deareation pump. good luck.

Looks like I missed a valve... turns out it was V39 causing all the comotion. Funny though, in the past V39 has caused a 'Recirc Flow Error' and not just a generic 'Flow Error'. Ya learn something new every day! Thanks anyways Matt and Tom. I appreciate the help.
