Not at work today but will have plenty of options to check tomorrow. Thanks for all the help! I'll be sure to let everyone know the outcome

Glad you got it going again. Sticking inlet valve, got to love it or we all would work at walmart.

I know you are glad to have it back in service. Thanks for letting us know the final outcome, could help one of us fix a mach in the future. The Troubleshooting guide can only help so much and then experience is the next best thing.
I encountered this problem - liquid coming out from the vent at the back, whenever I do diasafe test. Not only I replaced the heat exchanger but I have to replace v41 too.
For those that don't understand why the Heat Exchanger can cause the vent tube to spit out water during heat disinfect, read on.
If you look at the hydraulic diagram, it will help understand my explanation, so check it out. When the heat exchanger is leaking, it leaks from the "inlet" side of the HE to the "drain" side of the HE. But, remember that valve 30 is closed during heat disinfect and 29 is open. So, the water that's leaking in from the "inlet" side TO the "drain" side, is now taking a path through valve 29 instead of through valve 30 to drain. So, that water ends up in chamber A of the hydroblock. Since the machine isn't LOSING water during heat disinfect (remember, valve 30 is closed), it just keeps adding to the total volume of fluid in the machine, filling up chamber A until it overflows. A small hole in the HE might take a while to fill up chamber A to the point of overflow, which is why you might not see it for a few minutes into heat disinfect. Make sense?
An easy way to rule out the HE is to just bypass it and run the machine through a heat disinfect. Just get two 3/16" by 3/16" fittings (Fresenius PN 332141-01) and use those to connect the hoses to and from HE to each other. If it stops leaking during heat disinfect, then you know it's the heat exchanger. If it continues to leak, at least you've ruled that out.
Hope that helps.

Please forgive me old great village idiot, I must of had too much of the village blue punch before posting the false info. Thanks for helping keep all of idiots like me straight in the village. I must of had a brain fart about V30 during heat..

I had a machine that was transfered into my unit. It had a bad heat rod so after I replaced it, as soon as the temp would reach around 70C, it would violently shoot hot water out the vent tube. After many hours and replaced parts, I found the idiot that originally worked on it replaced the tube that goes from the front of the block to the vent tube with the wrong tubing. As it heated up, it would contrict. I replaced the tube and had no more problems. I would check to see if you have a kink in this tube or if maybe someone replaced it.

thanks - St. Louis Biomed for the tip about taking the spent tubing off the heat exchanger to see if there is a pin hole allowing water to go through during heat disinfect. Saved me some time before messing with float switches and bal. chamber valves.

I would also look at your vent tubes. I reveived some machines from another unit once and the crach smoken tech that was there changed out the vent tubing with regular acid tubing. It looked about the same but because of the smaller i.d. when it heated up it would close off the tubing and caused an eruption of hot water to shoot out the back. I would just make sure that you don't have a slight kink anywhere in your venting.
I'm shooting from the hip here. Definately take these guys and lady advise, but check this out first. It's quick. We bought 86 2008ks and yes thats right 86 and 5 of them after being installed were pouring out the back. The vent hose was twisted in such a way it was kinking the tubing just after the tee and causing it to overflow from the end . go figure. just check to make sure its not kinked
