Looking for advise regarding a very old machine- can anyone tell me the manufacturers suggested testing for the Althin? Fresenius and Gambro machines seem to be suggesting quarterly from hansen ports - is this also true for the Althin?

I used to have some Althins and there maintenances were every 6 months. I would contact Baxter or look on there web site for some info.

There is only an annual PM for the Tina. We made our own quarterly that is only to check the internal venous pressure lines for contamination and clean the air filters. We still have about 175 of them in service.

Quarterly water testing seems not often enough, and PMs at the hanssons is odd, too!
