PB,

The last two NANT confrences that I attended were informative for all clinical (i.e., PCT, Nurses, Social workers, Dieticions and Technical). Also, provided CEU's for all. I hope you get the opertunity to attend, you'll meet manufacture and ancillary venders, whom most would normally never meet. And a good place to mingle.

I hope this assist you.

PB,

This years seminars are very balanced with equal emphasis on patient care and technical. There are also two-full day presymposium workshops offered that are absolutely FREE, though preregistration is required. One workshop deals primarily with vascular access and the other with getting and staying survey ready.

One of the concurrent sessions is about machine troubleshooting. All three machine manufacturers will be doing a presentation, NOT A SALES PITCH. This should be informative for all since many "machine problems" are actually treatment/operator related.

As AT said, the contacts that you will make and the networking you will do is one of the most valuable things you will go home with.

Here is the link to the symposium broschure
