Well you have to love how the troubleshooting book is made. .. For flow error it has F-1.00 check loading pressure. If it is 17-25 go to F3.0.0 Flow error 1 constant go to F-4.0.0 if fill act "1" go to F-4.0.1 If you connect chamber 69 probes. Dose Flow error go to "0" and remain. If no. Go to F-5.0.0 Now this totally looses me. The first line said "Proceed with this step Only if FILACT and !WATER are Both="0" continuously. lol Didnt i just Go to F-4.0.1 because I had a filact. If I can go no frothier until i fix the filact ..Then how do I fix it. It is not said.. If you try to skip to filling programs on the guide the first line says "do not proceed unless there is The flowerror =0. So if the both = 1 where do I go? it is not said. Some on pleas Help me. I have checked the loading pressure the deaeration pressure and the flow relive as well as the incoming pressure. All is correct. The temp will not come up from 33. No valve errors. Thanks for any help.

If you have a Filact I would start by changing the blue and brown wired probes on the top of the air separator and see if this corrects it. If not you may need a new air sep. assy.

One way you can test those, is to unplug them and then just short them together. If the error goes away, then you know there is something wrong with the probe, if it contenues, then you know something else is going on. You might even have an air leak that is causing it to fill all the time. I have seen this wehere the line going into the chamber was letting air in so the lines were fine. It took a while to figure this one out.

Fresenius could use a better technical writing department, IMHO.

Thank you all. It looks like I have a crack in the trancducer next to the relief v78. If this is the case I think air should be filling the air chamber from the crack. I will replace it and go from there.
