I need some help.
I have a H machine that has around 15000 hrs and I recently replaced the rod in the E chamber of the hyroblock. I now have a problem with conductivity. The conductivity will be fine and stable for 15min and then go to around 15 and will bounce back and forth from 14 to 15.2.
I have replaced the cond cell ,caled the a b pumps, replaced the sensor cable and board, tried to cal the cond cell but was unscuessful. The reading on the meter was 14 and stable but the machine would not take the calibration.I dont see any air in the lines so I am now stumped. I would be gratful for any insight.

Check for a leak in the balance chamber. 15000 hrs seems to be the breaking point of the BC membranes.

If it is doing this every 9 secs. it is either bc membranes or a valve on the bc.
