I could use a little assistance in finding articles related to transucer filters/protectors, especially any that deal with cross contamination from leaky or comprimised filters. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is a dead horse. But look at the molded products web page they have lots of info on this. In Europe they mandate reduntant TPs, in the USA the fda has a position of "the litigation exposure exceeds the patient safety concerns" Molded Products warns of the contamination problem and recomends the use of the strike through indicater and reduntant TPs Harlow
