One of my 2008h unit with a conductivity stays at 13.3, check acid & bi-carb pumps, ballancing chamber all ok. help is very much needed. thanks

I have experienced this problem a couple of times in the past. Even though I had a good BC volume of 60ml, the diaphrams would be the the cause of my problem. So, speaking from past experiences, I recommend replacing them if you haven't done so already. They may have a small pin hole or be streched.

Don't be to hasty in concluding that its the chamber membranes. Did you calibrate the conductivity cell or cells if you have online clearence upgrade. If the membrane had a pin hole you should see somem pressure failures during test.
