Hi all! I've got a K with approx 11Khrs. Pulled today for failing all tests except 9-V. I tried swapping out the test board with a known good one & got the same results. I've not seen this before. Any ideas?

It's probably your bloodpump, if the bloodpump doesn't work, no test will pass except usually "Cond, Temp, Neg/Pos pressure tests and 9V Battery test", just try it and let us know.

Bloodpump main board is your issue.

It was the LP955 blood pump board. I'm not about to argue with success, but can either of you explain the corrilation to me please.

Call it an (over) engineering phenomenon, the blood pump module has increased duties that look good on paper and sells a lot of machines. Not to mention parts.

Hey!!!! Who's stealing my screen name?? Anyhow an H or K machine checks the blood pump for continuity as soon as it goes into test and will fail all tests right away. Even a slightly loose ribbon wire on the blood pump or at the card cage will cause this. Try that out yourself, leave the blood pump ribbon wire completely off and put a machine into test. It will fail air detector then everything after that also.
