Hello Everyone :

I have a 2008K machine that peaks the conductivity to 16.0 during OLC test and results in a high conductivity alarm. I replaced the actuator board two weeks ago. It ran fine for two weeks and now the problem has returned. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try changing the whole acid pump. Putting new springs and poppets does not work.

I assume you calibrated the conductivity cells?

calibrate A and B pumps and condo cells.
