Ok let me know if this is confusing.

I have a 2001, 2008H with 10,200hrs. Blood pressure, out on the floor, kept reading Resetting, try again. took off the floor checked tubing, connection both ends everything is ok this is a M2000. So i grab a different one from an oldere machine i have waiting to be put into service. It is a rather old machine with a dinasour looking module. But i put it in my trouble machine and all i get on start up is to the very first banner? that reads version 10.18D and just keeps beeping so i recheck all the connections still the same thing. But if i put the M2000 back in it will come up normal the blood pressure just will not work.

So i went to order a new one from FMC a.k.a. "The Evil Empire" Call my purchasing agent and she says NOT a correct part #(370060) so i call Fmc and get the correct one (370080) now all you can get is the M2600 model. Ok whatever that is fine just get me the part so i get it over nighted and get here and none i mean none of my cables work so i have to call and get a seperate cable, which is just plain silly that they come seperate. so i put the new cable and the new M2600, black sleek looking, module into the mance with the new cable and get the same thing as i did with the old school module.

I guess that is my question WHY? is it only starting up the the very first banner with a different module in it besides the M2000? please help I can only feel that my next option is to rely on my 12oz hammer

I'm going to guess it's a software version incompatibility issue. Note that that's a guess.

found out it was the fuction board

Effective immediately, function boards are on back order with no ETA for any and all Hoosier orders.

That is ok i will use the tech ways of the H&S to repair the already non-fuctioning fuction board (man that sound weird) So Empire you have no strong hold here

If I remember right there is a small PCB that the H machines plug into at the end of the ribbon cable from the module that would cause problems.
