I currently have a machine that passes all test but when done goes back to showing a flow error. In debug screen #1 VERR = 0 and FILACT=0 and 1 intermittently. In debug screen #0 flow error intermittently shows 1 or 0. Could it be the B/C or a fill program problem? Please Help. Troubleshooting book does no good. Thanks.

First of all before you troubleshoot any flow error problems make sure you fix the Filact problem. It could be anything make sure you don't have any leaks on your dialysate connectors. Good luck!

Check all Pressures starting with the inlet water. Then do a In duced Positive Pressure Test and fix all Leaks found. Then do a induced Negative Pressure test, and look for air bubbles. I just had a K mach that the nurses said they have been seeing an intermitent Flow Error for 2 years. I don't think it has been quite that long. Mach has been thru at least 1 annual P/M and a couple of semi- annuals. I replaced the inlet water regulator because it was falling real close to 10psi when vale 27/41 opens and then went up to 22psi when vale 27/41 closes. After Repalcing the regulator calibrated and now psi are from 20psi to 12psi and the nurses have not seen a Flow Error since. For good measure I also replaced the o-rings on the Balance Chamber Valves and on the block at valve24/26. Hope this helps, Keep us informed of what you find.
