Staff will pull machine for high flow. I can run it for 1.5 to 2 hours and never have error occur. Got me scratching head.
These are the most common causes in my experience.
1. Leaking BC diaphragm will cause hi and low flow alarms.
2. The flow pump brushes may be worn causing the pump to run erratically which also can cause both hi and low flow alarms.
Could also be another problem of course, that is just what I have commonly seen.
high flow is in your secondary side everything downstream of the balancing chamber possibly a valve stuck open that is now working normally
