you have a leak, either fluid or air, in your hydraulics, or possibly the o-rings for your hansen connectors. do an induced pressure test (procedure is in the troubleshooting guide) and look for leaks in the hydraulics and at the hansens. Make sure you give it time like the guide says, or you may miss the leak.

Rob, you are telling us two different failures. Which is it? Failing Negative Stabilization is one, and Positive Flow On is another. And it probably is a small leak somewhere. Also tell us what model of machine and its age or hours. An older H machine could have a small leak on the air seperator, or bad deaereation, maybe even a bad hose T connection. If it's a newer K machine, then look for a bad Hansen O ring, a loose clamp by the flow bob or something else that might be simple. Maybe one reason that you are not getting many replies here is because you haven't given us the basic information that we all need to help diagnose this.

Have had two of these recently, and both have turned out to be valve 24 had cracked. Thse are old machines (30,000 hrs) and have the old amber colored valves. look carefully at the stem
at valve 24. These leaks are easy to miss. Good luck!! |

I think what Rob is talking about the machine shows it has passed neg pressure test on the test screen but then goes back and changes it to failed while the machine is in the pos press test. I've seen this several times. You've got to be watching the test screen at the right time to see it. Like the others have posted you have a leak somewhere. The passed switching to failed thing is not out of the norm with many K machines. Many just haven't watched the screen that close during test I guess. |

Yes I have seen the pass and then fail occur. Do you have the diasafe filter on this machine. Start there even if it is a newly changed filter. There have been times when I just repositioned the filter and it passed. I changed the diasafe filter and all was good.
