I work in a 28 chair hospital based unit. We are going to put a centralized delivery system in next year for acid and bicarb. We have contacted and received a quote from Osmonics. Would like any comments on how well the system works and how the customer service is. Would also like to know of other companies that have this type of system and any comments you have regarding functional aspects and customer service. All replies are appreciated!

I prefer the Marcor delivery system. We have both the Osmonics and the Marcor. The Marcor is easier to use, clean and service.

The best I've seen is a system made by DWA. The bicarb system, called CCMS, is a continous mixing system rather than a batch system, disinfected by heat.
We replaced our Osmonics system with the CCMS, after months of problems. Most of our problems were with service, as well as the amount of man hours that had to be dedicated just to operate the Osmonics system.

I prefer the Zyzatech SDS system from Osomonics. It is simple to use , easy to fix, and it has many features that will help you keep up with today's changing regulations. For more info you can email me. thanks
