Got a machine that leaves 1 sec after heat disinfect then just alarms.

1- changed power control board
2- changed power logic board
3- reseated function board
4- made sure x was in right position in service mode for the machine to turn off.

Any other suggestions that someone might have. It's not a big deal problem but a very annoying one. thanks.

Replace function bd. Most of the time the power logic or control bd is the problem, but when neither one fixes the problem start looking at the function. That's what I've found to be true anyway.

Gotta agree with old F, most of the time its IC9 which is a replaceable chip on the power logic board, but if all else fails then replace the function board.

do a full calibration of the heat , pre/post and heat temp control , works everytime.

Reseating boards must have worked. reseated all of them and wala. Shuts off now. ugh. at least problem is fixed now. thanks for the input tho guys. always appreciated.
