Is the machine in bypass at 13.1? If not someone may have changed the standard sodium. Seems as if you've done most everything except maybe a condo cell.

Place machine and calibration mode and check conductivity calibration.
When conductivity cell start failing you will see a decrase on conductivity reading.
You got to make sure that you conductivity is low for real.

Check BC Calibration....If you can raise that your condo will raise with it.

Had a similiar issue last year, the condo calibration would only go as high as 12.7 and would remain at that in dialyze mode. Swapped out the Function bd, which repaired the problem. Expensive though, you may try borrowing from a known good machine, however you'll need to swapp battery RAM, Being careful with those legs.

check the o-rings on the orifice if they are worn or completely gone this will cause this. also seen the white stuff in the drain or the drain port out of the back of the machine do this as well.

You may want to try erasing the cond cell calibration and then recal. The H machines sometimes seem to lock up and not accept the cal's when they have been calibrated several times. To erase the cal from the calibration screen move curser to what ever cal to be erased and press and hold the sodium button until cal the item is highlighted. This works on any calibration on a H. They say there's no way to erase cals on a K. That's why fresenius tells you to verify and only cal if needed to prevent this from happening.

You probably need a new RAM chip on the function board.
