Have a machine with high temp issues. It pegs at 44 then goes back down to around 36.5 then just keeps cycling like that and yes it is matched on my meter, while cond stays stable at 13.8 even though thats probably not to accurate cause of the high temp. I have replaced senor board w/ cable, NTC2, Function board, heater rod, and the triac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be your flow? I would check dearation and flow pressures.

If no flow errors, PWR Control Bd could be ramping the voltage to the HTR element.

It ended up being the power supply, however now that I have temp at 37 and cond at 13.7 Im failing actuator temperature low. Have changed out actuator board/cable. sensor cable, both test boards, and motherboard with no change any ideas?

Calibrate the temp sensors and heat temp control

one more thing. The problem was most likely the power control board. The rest of your power supply is most likely good
