I would say with the multiple problems you are describing, I would look at the power supply or a circuit board, but here are some helpfull tips I would look at:
1: Flow error - insert the loading pressure gauge and see what pressure you have there - depending on the reading, depends on how to preceed. Call up debug screen #5 and check the water and flow error numbers - 0= no problem, 1= problem. 2: Temperture - easy to over look, but check to make sure the circuit breaker on the power supply is turned on - I have seen staff accidently flip it off. If it is on I have seen bad breakers or most of the time it is someting with the power supply causing the problem. 3: Aid and bicarb pumps not working - now I have not seen where both of them do not work at the same time. I would check to see if they might possibly be vapor locked. With the hydrolic section out you can feel if the pumps are working or not. 4: TMP - I have seen bad valves and the CFS switches cause this problem. Hope this helps. Working mans PH'D |

INLet flow error is caused 90% of the time by the actuator board. I have seen the problem several times. I swapped mine out and it worked each time. H&S repaired my boards at a very reasonable price. I think it was like 125.

The drivers for both the acid and bicarb pumps are also on the actuator board.
