I have a machine that isnt alarming. It has no sound at all. any suggestions?

could be the speaker or most likely the power logic board.

The alarms do not work at all. The machine has absolutely no audible alarm sound

Is your machine set to only alarm with blood sensed? If so, the machine will only alarm when there is blood sensed. Place a piece of paper in the level detector. If the machine is on the treatment floor, be sure that the blood line is correctly place in the level detector.
