Anyone ever have this problem? The cond. runs 13.6 with the flow set at 500. Raise the flow rate to 800 and the cond. increases to 14.6. Have replaced both cond. cells, Function board, Battery RAM, Actuator and Function software, and Sensor Boards.I have also checked the balance chamber volume and recalibrated the acid and bicarb pumps. This machine has the diasafe filter, and OLC.

TIA,
Mike

The times that I have seen this it has always been the balancing chamber membranes.

When you checked the balancing chamber volume, did the flow stop abruptly or did it maybe dribble a little?

Yes, it did dribble a bit. I will change the BC membranes tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks,
Mike

That did it. One of the membranes had a tear in it. Thanks again.

It is of utmost importance to change balance chamber membranes and heat exchanger membranes ( even the stanless steel ones corrode) before they tear or develop holes.
Cross contamination is a real concern here.
Following the manufacturers preventative maintenance protocols and or updating them should be looked at here.
