might wanna see if you have huge air bubbles actually going through your blood leak detector.

Does the alarm never reset, or just alarm after a few minutes of operation? I had a problem recently with an intermittent blood leak. It would calibrate fine but alarm consistently after 1-2 hours of use. I was fortunate enough to have my data-logging DVM and I found that both the 5V blood leak and dimness would jump between 2V and Overload for no reason. I was monitoring this on the Sensor Board. Replaced with new Sensor Board and problem solved.

You could monitor those voltages on the Debug screen as LEAK and DIMN, but im not sure they would react in the same way.

Sounds like functional bd( battery ram ) is not holding the calibration. Had that problem on a 2008H a few years ago. Good Luck

I had the same problem before. So I changed with a new blood leak detector. I spent a month still cann't fix it.

Finally, I made it to work. I replaced it with another brand new blood leak detector.

Sensor board maybe, but your problem is more symptomatic of a bad detector. We had 5 new "K" machines with the same exact problem. Replacing the detector corrected the problem.

This may be a stupid question and I don't mean to insult your intellegence, but have you tried following the troubleshooting guide? It was pretty helpful for me the last time I had a problem with a blood leak detector.

Some people dream of success, while others live to crush those dreams.
