what is the ideal dilution ratio of hydrogen peroxide and RO water for reuse?

Do you mean the right dilution of percidin?
If so then it is 2% for a preclean and 3.25 % for the process cycle which is then stored for at least 11 hours for proper dwell time. you are not using sutomated machines like the renatron I take it?

follow up question, if supposing I have the renatron would it be ok to use peracidin as disinfectant instead or renalin?

I don't know about Renatron but Peracidin was ok to use for the Echo machine (Mesa Labs).

Yes we use peracidin in ours. We normally just hook renalin up to machine so when we switched, because it is considered the same(ratios are just slightly different) we just switched jugs and went on about our business.

Policy and procedures should be in place to satisfy the man. Namely, policy should indicate the chemicals utilized and procedures to identify the correct dilutions, just to name two. You can possibly go on line and down load the procedures for your type of reprocessing equipment and go from there.
