TDN,

How many hours are on your machine? I would try switching Power Supplies with another machine to see if that's your problem, if that doesnt work replace your cables.

Oh, and good luck I personally had a 24 volt low once and took me a month to fix. Turned out to be a Power Supply.. That's why I mentioned it after you tried the boards. Remember there's a capacitor on the PS!!! Red Face

Double check the boards are CLIPPED into the Motherboard. One might just be hanging a bit, which will easily cause this...

I have seen the motherboard be the problem quite a few times: more than half of 14 OLD H machines had this problem over the course of a year three or four years ago. Have not seen it with my 3 year old K machines.

We speculate that power surges from the power company were blowing small capacitors on the motherboard. Turning a machine on after it finished a heat dis also seemed to be responsible a few times. These were 8 or 9 yo machines.

Alsok don't forget to unplug each module: don't the run on 24 volts?

I had a 24Volt Low give me fits It turned out to be a loose IC Chip #17 on the Test Board. I had tried all of the fore mentioned suggestions. I was pulling out what little hair I have left when I found this.
