couple of quick things to check. Do you have water to the machine? Is the pressure at your inlet regulator 19psi. Is your flow motor running? Stick your finger on the front of the pump, you can feel it turning.

Check your actuator board. If you can swap it out the problem goes away most of the time. I sent an act. board to H&S and problem was fixed.

Check the dearation motor. If it is not running then this can also cause flow inlet errors.

If you have a 2008H, make sure the diasafe valve is not in test position ( I know this sounds stupid, but it can happen).

Also make sure valve (41)(water inlet valve) is working. Had same problem and that's what it was for me. Keep us posted.

Flow Inlet Error on rinse and dialysis mode?
I have the same situation long time ago, it turns out the flow pump is on and off - replaced the brushes and problem solved. Cool

Check your connections to the air seperator, Had a broken pin at the seperator and a broken connector wire at the distribution connection.

SmilerYou said you ohmed out some of the valves did you try valve #30? If If you don't have flow at the drain take the incoming hose loose from valve #30 and see if you have flow to the valve #30 if not probabaly valve 24 or 26. Some of the other ideas are also good flowmotor/pumphead,dear motor/pumphead,inlet water regulator check pressure and verify that it does not drop below 8psi. I have also seen a balance chamber valve on the fresh side cause this. Let us know what you find, hope this helps. Wink

Check to see if water is coming out of the hydroblock by the clear tube that goes into the deairation pumphead you could just have a air lock you can remove the air lock with a 60cc syring if that does not work it is a bad float switch. A bad deairation motor and pump head can cause flow inlet errors as well but they will not cause the air lock, running the machine without water does this or bad float switch.

1) remove the clear hose from the inlet side of valve #30 ( drain valve) Point towards bucket LOL
does your flow error go away if so valve 30 might be the problem.
2) Check valve #41 is working ( INlet water valve) this valve opens and closes based on the float valves movement
3) Check float valve
Hope this helps , The rest of the replies are also very helpful
