We have a 2008K with 9536hrs that continues to cancel OLC tests while during tx. Here is what we have already done...isolated the problem to hydrolics, re-built fluid end of both conc pumps and cal'ed. Verified heater to ohm proper and cal'ed. Any suggestions??? Thanks.

I should have added this last time. Change your CFS's. Had same problem with time out at upper level and that fixed the problem. Good luck. Olc issues are not fun.

Just a gentle reminder concerning the order of troubleshooting: Always address a temperature issue before a conductivity issue. If your temperature is off, your conductivity will be too.
Just a thought, but is the Diasafe Plus filter due to be changed? That can cause a flow error sometimes.
Good luck
