I have a 2008K machine with 2000 hrs on it. Our TCD is 13.7, I like for my machines to be at the least 13.6, though I know they can be lower. The machine is stuck at 13.5 and will not go any higher. It also takes a while to stablize at this conductivity. Any ideas? Thanks!

check and/or calibrate your acid and bicarb pumps, then calibrate your conductivity and see what happens. When you have your condo. meter hooked up does it read the same as your display?

Joebiomed,

Just re-calibrated acid/bic pumps. Went to do conductivity, and now it wont go above 13.3!

Ok, check the filters in the concentrate connectors and look for any obstructions in the pumps flow path. Also try to determine if it's the acid or bicarb by just running with the acid and your condo should get to right about 10.0. What I would do after that is start to follow the troubleshooting manual for conductivity problems. Good luck

I know the book isn't always very useful. Did you figure out if it is the acid or bicarb that is not coming up? You may want to check the pump springs especially the acid pump. I usually can resolve these issues with the tips I've given you and have never had to do to much more than those things. Hopefully someone else may be able to help you more on this discussion board. If it is really getting to you walk away and take a break from it for a little bit.

Did you check your BC volume both fresh and spent. You may have a small leak in one of the membranes, not enough to cause any other problems but a lower conductivity. Also make sure your temp is right on this can cause a difference if the condo.

Get into the habit of dumping the old calibration by pressing and holding the SVS button before you perform the new calibration. The troubleshooting manual makes a great knee pad.

13.5? Your machine is fine, don't try to fix what's not broken
