What's the best test to do if you see this in the treatment area after a long period of time with no problems? Book says "Balancing Chamber Problem". Does this mean hole in one of the diaphragms? It shows this alarm then goes to normal and for about 3 cycles goes in/out of alarm. Thanks for help.

You may have a stickey BC valve. If one of the valves doesn't open, you can get the CFS signal too soon causing the High Flow error.

Has approx 21,000 hrs 2008k machine.

Hilo, would I be able to spot that on debug screen or this mech and not electrical so wouldn't show?

I took it to the back and kept giving flow inlet error. So brushes on deair pump fixed that and sorry about misinf on hours actually 11k hrs on machine. Don't know why said "hi flow error" though.
