The alarm flashed up, and then was gone just as quick as it appeared. It did not return during the heat disinfect either. Has anyone had this issue before and found the problem? Thanks.

Inside the pump is an optical switch. The Fresenius procedure for checking the switch says to run a hot rinse prior to starting. This implies that it is more likely to fail when in heat disinfect.
