Hello, when mixing our batches of sodium bicarbonate, we measure to 50 microseimens +/- 0.3, what would be the expected pH???

Nominal pH for sodium bicarb is in the range of 7.5 to 8.5 pH units.

0.3 seems like an awfully tight range, are you sure it isn't 3.0mS? Also, I think you meant milli, not micro?

ooops, I mistyped, you are correct, that was supposed to be 50 milliseimens +/- 0.3, and we don't find it tight at all, actually, we consistently sign off 49.9 or 50.0 as a practice. Thanks for pointing out my booboo.
