I just got a machine up and running that had been down for about two months,Now it is leaking from the vent tube in dialysis mode, heat dis.and in rinse,in heat in really runs out ,but just squirts in dialysis mode.Anyone have any suggestions for me ...

Verify your deaeration pressure and make sure the deaeration motor isn't air-locked.
The float switch could be stuck in the low position. This would cause water to continually flow and overflow the hydroblock, causing water to leak from the vent tube.
Could also be a leak in the plate in the heat exchanger. Try the float first. You could have two legitimate problems since the machine has been down so long.

I will chaeck that out,But the machine also passes all the tests and runs like it should. but I will check all that out.
Usually the heat plate is the problem when I see this. You can replace the heat plate or the whole heat exchanger which is a bit quicker. If you have a spare this is a good one to try first, although the 5kos models did not make it very conveinent to get to the top screw to mount the heat exchanger, you'll have to loosen up the hydroblock first.
IMHO, If it is doing it in Dialysis mode, the heat exchanger shouldn't cause the leaking from the vent. During dialysis the drain valve is open and the recirc valve is closed. There would be no path for the heat exchanger leak to fill the hydroblock and cause the vent leak. The float is the more likely culprit. If it leaks in Heat or when the machine is off, I would suspect the Heat exchanger. When in heat, the recirc valve is open and the drain valve is closed. This creates a closed system. If the heatexchanger is leaking from fresh to spent sides, this will increase the amount of fluid in the system until the hydroblock is overfilled and spills out the vent.

Check your inlet pressure regulator, it may be leaking by if the o-ring is bad.

I agree with Guest. Hook up a pressure gauge post regulator. Turn the dialysate flow off and walk away for 5 min or so. The pressure should not go above 20psi. If it is drifting up, the oring in the regulator is bad.
