Anyonelse use chairside?

Do you guys have problems with the chairside not beable to retrive data from the machine? i get the error where it can't find the session ID even tho the PCT's make sure it's macthing... Anyone got a remedy to this? it's annoying i've tried everything from restarting it to reseating all the connections.
