I really hope some one has advice on what to do have a 2008 K showing flow inlet error and low flow error changed all valves and still getting it only in dialysis only not in rince rince works fine but go to dialysis and trmp drops and conductivity pegs at 17 also have replaced new deair pump head and new flow mortor and head all calabrations r done and accrate please some one help me thanks

Are the brushes good? If so call Fresenius.

Ref Low flow Error N flow error yes both motors r brand new and also have checked all valves on Balancing chamber also flot stitch been through the whole machine including replacing all ribbon cables i am just compleatly lost also just a little note does not come up in rince mode but dose in dialysis and in heat clean but in heat clean it comes up as flow recirt error just dont get it very confusing

I would recommend try swapping the hydraulic assy. with a good one, if that solves your problem then pressure is the problem, if not most likely with actuator bd., cables, or electrical connectors.

I have not worked with k machines, but have had the same problem with one of my H machines. Try replacing the V29/V27(41)valve pair(whole assy 2 valves and valve block) good luck.

Is the distribution board good? I had the same problem this week and tried everything and finally narrowed it down to that. Changed it and everything works like new.

First of all I want to thank all that have given me great advice. but we did finally found the prob , a simple error on my part but it does happen had one valve on balancing chamber pluged in wrong valve it was right on distrabution board but not on right valve silly mistake but we all learn so just a little chuckle for all u too think about but again thank u for some great advice
