Machine Details:

Fresenius 2008K
7K0S Series
1300 hrs.

Description of Problem:

From my observation, Machine will "spit" a tiny amount of water onto floor from the vent tube occasionally, (every 25 minutes around 1ml). The staff pointed out a huge puddle of water under the machine. I figured an internal leak, but could not find one. Still cannot locate a problem as to why the machine will spit water intermittently.

Notes:

Machine runs fine, no flow errors, no occlusions, no other leaks. We have had about 3 power failures this past week.

Thank you for your future help.

Check Incoming water regulator output psi, also a sticking float sw could be the issue.

Try a heat disinfect and see if the fluid amount increases. If it does very possible the heat exchanger plate has a hole in it. If so just replace the whole heat exchanger, saves time.
