Please help. Got a K with approx 9k hrs. Flow inlet error in rinse begins exactally 10 seconds into rinse. Checked the inlet flow reg. which was a bit low at 15psi. Got it up to specs. & still same problem. When machine is first turned on, water POURS from vent hose in back. Changed wall connector thinking there may be an obstruction, no help. COuld the float in my hydroblock possibly be stuck?

it starts at 14:51 replaced the brushes on deareation pump.
I know this is an old thread but, I had a K machine which would pour water out the vent on start up and it was the actuator board. For some reason it would turn on valve 41 during start up for a few seconds. after unplugging the float switch didn't stop it from puking on startup, I put a new actuator board in and the problem went away. I even put the old board back in to be sure. The problem came back with the old board in.

Try replacing the diasafe first, It happened to one of my 2008k units.

Have you looked at your deaeration motor? Does it spin when the machine first comes on? I had a machine today ( 10-16 ), that was pulled for an flow inlet error. The red wire on the top of the 5 pin connector to the distribution board had fallen off. Once it was re-soldered the problem was solved.
