I have a 2008K here that is giving me the run around. When the techs. put it into bleach it draws the bleach in (the Correct ammount)and just before it starts the first 15min recirc., it says no chemical intake. does anyone know what causes these problems? the mx. has around 30,000 hours on it.

Check your acid wand filter to make sure it is clean.
Check your acid pump, to make sure it isn't air-locked.
Make sure the techs are putting it through an acid clean (right after treatment) before going into chemical rinse.

I have seen clogged bleach container filters, sticking float switches, weak acid pumps, too strong a check valve inline, and a bad function board cause this problem. Start with the simple and hope that was it.

I ruled out the acid pump because it took the bleach in fine. our check valves are the same as always the wand filters were just changed so I guess I need to look at the function board. any other suggestions out there ?

I did notice a little water dripping out the back but didn't think that it would cause a problem. How come the machine thinks that there is no bleach in it when there is though ?

The machine detects a higher concentration (conductivity) and thats how it detects bleach. Make sure its plugged in all the way, sometimes you think its plugged in, but its just not snapped into the jug of bleach firm.
