I have a K with 26,000 hours popping hose at the orange check vale or output to V34, already tried actuator board and cable, valves seems to be in good conditions, any more ideas are welcome

Is your check valve in there in the correct direction?

If it is in the correct direction try changing the hose or just put a tywrap on it.

check your flow pressure. If it is too high it can cause problems on your secondary side.

Make sure V30 is opening. If it happens when the machine is off, check your water inlet pressure regulator. I have seen the secondary side build pressure due to the heat exchange leaking from fresh to spent sides.

V29?

I think Guest is correct, If V29 did not open, pressure would build up, since V30 is closed during heat, and cause those hoses to pop off.

if that machine has a hydroblock, with that many hours, you might want to check the rod in chamber E of the hydroblock. the diffuser plates break down and plug up the loading pressure valve as well as all of the small ports within the hydroblock...been there with those same symtoms

I have the same problem and it was the rod in the hydroblock. I cleaned out the hydroblock and v34 still keeps popping off. Any other places I should clean out
