Anyone have comments or problems with the Winco Heat and Massage Dialysis Chairs?

You will need to do the electrical leakage on the chairs once a year. No big deal unless you have a lot of them.

It isn't possible to perform electrical leakage testing because there isn't a ground in the plug.

How can you use these as dialysis chairs if they are not grounded?

Are they double insulated?

How about this. Why can't they design the cord to be permanent? Instead I am constantly finding cords laying around because they fall off. This is my only complaint.
