I have a K machine woth a good many hours on it I had another tech working on it,He replace the whole hydroblock and everything in it,He also has changed some more things that he forgot to chart,but my problem is in heat dis. i have warter shooting out of the vent tube ,any help?

Most likely the heat exchanger has a pinhole leak in the thin metal plate.

I would suggest the actuator board if you already replaced the whole hydro.

Definitely start w/ the heat x-changer. Just connect the two clear tubing together. Run heat dis., you can watch the vent tube and the open ports on the heat x-changer for leaks

MR. Mech. I Didnt know the heat took part in one side of the exchanger."opeque tubing". Did i read this wrong or this what u meant

Check your inlet water pressure first. If that's okay, then I'd go with the leaking heat exchanger.

Water enters thru the white tubing, as it exits thru the drain it goes thru the clear silicone tubing. Just connect the clear tubing together and run a heat diinfect, if there's no leak its the heat exchanger
