Has anyone encounter same problem, LOW FLOW ERROR in 300 dialysate flow rate? I already tried calibrated the hydraulics; inlet flow regulator, deaeration and flow pump pressure, still giving low flow error. Any idea that might solve the problem.

it is stated throug a tech. bulletin that it is possibly for machines to give flow errors at 300 flow rate which should clear once dialysate flow rises.
I had this problem on an H machine. Ended up being a worn motor on the flow pump. The pump ran fine above 300 flow, but would stop running when set to 300, causing a LOW FLOW ERROR. I could watch the motor shaft and it would not turn at 300 flow. During calibration the pump runs faster that 300 flow and so the calibration did not show signs of a bad motor. I replaced the brushes and cleaned the motor of the dust from the worn brushes.

If you get this and can not find it real ez you should always check the actual flow out of the machine. Get a 1000 ml cup and time the out put for one min. Let it run for 2 befor you start the clock. If it is realy 300 flow then the problem is sinser if it is not 300 you should check the bal chamber volum. Thi is only if you have made sure that the flow pump pres is correct. If bal chamber is not able to cal to 59.5 to 63 it needs to be replaced. If this is ok then move to valf check. Good luck
I had this problem before low flow error in 300, 400, and 500 flow rate. I posted it too over this forum - nobody was able to give the solution The problem lies in the flow pump - check it again I hope this helps.
