k machine, flow error, several different dearation pumps put in complete new one and still no pressure above 10 any help will do, have calibrated with no success

Valve #39 should be closed,so if you clamp the hose off there shouldn't be any change in pressure seen, but If you clamp it off and the pressure goes up then you know that valve #39 is stuck open and needs replaced. If that does not work I would try Actuator board.

Have you checked the O-ring on the restrictor in the hydroblock?

I replaced the pump head - it helped a little, i encountered this long time ago
Dealer is correct too may check the o-ring
