at the end of heat yesterday 2008h machine told me 12 v low. now machine blood pump will not reset in dialysis mode continues to say "blood pump stopped" any answers before i dig real deep. Thanks in advance PB

Look for a loose ribbon wire on the blood pump module,or the back of the electrical cage, and check the 12 volt output at the little test board on the left hand side of the mother board when the machine heats up. Maybe the 12 volts is going low when it gets hot.

tried replacing known good pwr logic bd still doing same thing. all connections ok. took another blood pump module from good machine same thing?!!?!?!?!?!?!?? any other sugg.

one other thing is to reset the blood pump for it to work i have to turn speed all the way down then resets works fine until another blood alarm.

I once had a power surge that streesed five motherboards ( they have capacitors ). Started getting 12v alarms after heat dis I guess because that's when things in the machine got hottest. Replaced the boards, no more alaems.
